Representing Cumbria at the finals were Aspatria Bowling Club members Kevin Harrison, Mark Irwin and Stuart Irwin who have played six games in four days.
A spokesperson for Aspatria Bowling Club said: “Aspatria Bowling Club would like to congratulate our very own National triples winners 2022.
“Mark Irwin, Stuart Irwin and Kevin Harrison after narrowly missing out in the 2019 final this title is just reward for there dedication and hard work.
“The club is seeing unprecedented success
this year with Mark Irwin also winning the County singles and the trio also winning the Northern Counties title.
“Cumbria is currently thriving as a Bowling county and long may it continue.”
Member of the winning triple Stuart Irwin said: “We are obviously delighted to win the title and go one better than in 2010.
“Its been a long hard 4 days and I feel I have aged about 20 years.
