Cumbria Police have released an image as part of an investigation into a racially aggravated public offence.

The offence occurred on Church Street, Bowness-on-Windermere at 9:20pm on Sunday, March 1, and it is reported a comment was made in which the victim perceived as racially aggravated.

A spokesperson for Cumbria Police said: “As a part of the investigation, police are looking to identify and speak with the two people pictured.

“Anyone with information relating to this incident can report online here quoting incident number 194 of 1 March 2026.
