There was plenty of action in the North West Women’s Regional Leagues as the teams at the top looked to sort out who’s the table toppers.
Salford City take over at the top after a 1-1 draw with Darwen FC as FC United game at Fleetwood Town was postponed on January 8.
Third and fourth swapped places after Cheadle Town lost 1-0 at Curzon Ashton, Crewe Alexandra recorded a 5-0 win over Mossley Hill and Tranmere are now joint fourth after a 3-1 win over Blackburn Community.
FC United could move back into top spot with a win over Tranmere on Sunday January 15.
Looking to take advantage if FC United drop points Curzon Ashton face Fleetwood Town with three points putting them on top while Blackburn Community host Crewe Alexandra.
All matches are a 2pm (14:00) kickoff.

In Division One North all twelve teams were in action on January 8 as Haslingden survived a 7 goal thriller with a 3-4 win at Sir Tom Finney as Blackpool picked up a 1-2 win away to Carlisle United.
Morecambe moved up to joint third with a 6-1 win at home to Accrington, Penrith and Preston North End played out a 1-1 draw while Chorley and Workington ended in a goalless draw.
Bolton Wanderers’ 2-1 win at home to Penwortham moved them above Chorley and six points off third.
League leaders Haslingden host Penrith looking to put pressure onto on second placed Blackpool, Bolton Wanderers host Morecambe, Accrington Stanley face Penwortham, Carlisle United take on Chorley and Sir Tom Finney welcome Workington Reds.

A the top of Division One South Bury and Runcorn are now five points clear from third placed Poulton Vics after Bury beat them 2-1 and Runcorn picked up a 1-2 win at Hindley on January 8.
BRNESC won 3-0 against Northwich, Warrington Wolves were 4-1 winners against Alder and Wythenshawe lost 0-3 against Altrincham.
There is just the single fixture on January 15 as Northwich take on Wythenshawe.
