Cumbria Police have released the identity of the pedestrian who died following a collision.

The pedestrian who died following a collision at 3:48am on September 23 on Denton Street in Carlisle has been identified as Ryan Thompson, 21, of Stanhope Road, Carlisle sadly died at the scene.

Officers continue to appeal for information regarding the collision which involved an Audi.
