Barrow Raiders Ladies Stay Joint Top In Women’s Super League

History making Barrow Raiders Ladies are still joint top after making it six in a row in the Women’s Super League.

On July 24 Barrow Raiders ran in fourteen tries in a 68-4 home victory over Wakefield Trinity.

The two other games in Group 2 had Warrington Wolves keeping top spot top with a 60-0 win over Bradford Bulls while Featherstone Rovers kept pace with a 4-38 win over Castleford Tigers.

In Group 1 York City Knights kept their 100 percent record with a 50-0 win over Huddersfield Giants on July 17.

While on July 21 Wigan Warriors suffered another defeat as Leeds Rhinos ran out 64-6 winners.

In Group 2 of the Women’s Super League Barrow will face Bradford Bulls, Castleford Tigers, Featherstone Rovers, Wakefield Trinty and fellow new team Leigh Miners Rangers.

Like in the Mens Super League the season will end with a playoff involving the top four from each Group with the Group 2 Shield Final to be played as part of a double header with the Group 1 Grand Final.

The winners of the Shield Final will be promoted to Group 1 for 2023 with no team being relegated to Group 2.
