Table Topping Clash And A Cumbrian Derby Just Some Of The National Conference League Action

By Robert Haile

The big games are coming fast for clubs in the National Conference League with a top of the table clash and a Cumbrian Derby in the National Conference League.

We will start in Division Three for the matches on Saturday May 7.

The only 100 percent record is on the line as East Leeds take on Hensingham.

In second place Shaw Cross Sharks face Oldham St Annes with one of them looking to claim the place outright if Seaton Rangers lose at Millom, just bragging rights on line there as well.

Waterhead Warriors host Eastmoor Dragons with the side playing for things at either end of the table.

While Drighlington face Bentley with the winner joining a group in joint third, Batley Boys and Leigh East will be looking to climb up the table.

Division Two is a little bit clearer than those above with leaders Crosfields host Beverley and second place Barrow Island at Dewsbury Celtic.

Joint third Heworth face Hunslet Warriors with Clock Face Miners not playing this week.

Fifth plays sixth in Woolston Rovers and Normanton Knights and Dewsbury Moor Maroons face Bradford Dudley Hill.

Division One is a little bit tricky to call with eight teams separated by four points.

At the top Hull Dockers face Kells with the winner going clear at the top but only by a point if Ince Rose Bridge win against Stanningley.

Former top team Oulton Raiders face Myton Warriors as West Bowling travel to Featherstone Lions.

In a battle at the bottom Saddleworth Rangers face Milford.

After the surprise results last week anything could happen in the Premier Division.

Top of the table West Hull face Pilkington Recs, second place Lock Lane travel to Egremont Rangers and third faces fourth with Hunslet Club Parkside hosting Wath Brow Hornets.

In mid table Rochdale Mayfield play Siddal with Leigh Miners Rangers looking to capitalise on either side when they face York Acorn.

While Thatto Heath Crusaders travel to Thornhill Trojans.
