There is plenty of cricket action taking place in Cumbria as April finishes and May starts.
In the Premier Division, the top tier of the Cumbria Cricket League, on Saturday April 30 there are six games taking place.
Last weeks opening day winners Carlisle and Keswick face each other as do Millom and Furness.
Wigton will be wanting to pick up another win when they face Cockermouth along with Workington wanting the same away to Haverigg.
After being beaten last week Whitehaven play Egremont and Dalton face Cleator with all four looking for their first win.
It is not only the league that is in action as three different cups start.
The games are spread over three days with the Higson Cup between Whitehaven and Cleator taking place on Monday May 2.
On Saturday April 30 the Sowerby/Marsden cup starts with Furness 2nd hosting Workington 2nd, Kirkby in Furness play Cockermouth 2nd, Seascale face Hawcoat Park and Ulverston face Egremont 2nd.
The game on Sunday May 1 has Millom 2nd hosting Lindal Moor.
In the Vigodny Cup the four matches are spread over the Saturday and Sunday with Lindal Moor 2nd playing Cleator 2nd and Vickerstown facing Barrow 2nd on Saturday.
Then Dalton 2nd play Haverigg 2nd and Whitehaven 2nd host Ulverston 2nd on Sunday.
All the matches are set for a 13:00/1pm start.
