Straight off the back of rocking the SolFest main stage Indie Street Club is back with a new single and a hometown gig.
The Carlisle band will be trading in the big festival stage for a stripped back performance at HMV, in Carlisle, tomorrow, Saturday September 25.
Ahead of the gig frontman Ryan Davidson said: “We are really looking forward to the HMV Gig on Saturday.
“We played there a while ago and it’s great publicity, gets more people through the doors and everyone there gets to see who we are and what we are about.
“That magic of who wouldn’t usually go to see live music – which is another reason why we love playing ‘Live & Local’ gigs.”
It’s a sure thing the lads will play their new single ‘Coming home with you’ – a more than fitting song for a hometown show.
Written just after the latest lockdown restrictions were lifted, the song celebrated the newfound freedoms of a post-COVID world – socialising with friends, partying, and even the prospects of meeting a new partner.
Along with the single and some old favourites Ryan went on to say the intimate performance may also feature a ‘couple of unreleased tracks’ – so, for fans, this isn’t one to miss.
HMV Carlisle isn’t the only gig in the near future for the band as next month the lads are set to support The Capitals at Zeros Live Music Bar Manchester Friday, October 1, along with headlining at Harraby Theatre, in Carlisle, October 23.
