FlexiRental has been confirmed as a sponsor of Windscale AFC’s youth football tournament.

Taking place at the Falcon Club complex in Egremont on Saturday, June 6, and Sunday 7, the tournament is set to be a festival of youth football.

The Falcon Club, home to Windscale AFC, will host what is set to be one of the largest grassroots football events in the area, with 94 teams competing across age groups from Under 7s to Under 12s.

“To be the primary sponsor of an event like this, especially one that’s bringing together so many young players and supporting inclusive football through Bee Unique, is something we’re incredibly proud of.”

In addition to the tournament, the event will also welcome Bee Unique, a non-profit organisation supporting SEND families, who will be participating across multiple age groups.

Their inclusion highlights the tournament’s commitment to creating an inclusive and accessible environment for all young players.

The event aims to become an annual fixture, bringing together teams, families, and the wider community while promoting participation, wellbeing, and opportunity through sport.

A key element of FlexiRental’s support will go towards ensuring every player and team is recognised, helping to fund medals, plates and trophies across all age groups, an important part of creating a memorable experience for those taking part.

The tournament is expected to attract significant local attention, with media coverage anticipated before, during, and after the event.
