Cumbria’s Flag American Football team, Border City Centurions, has landed a five year sponsorship deal with Bendles Solicitors.
The five-year sponsorship agreement with Bendles Solicitors, will feature on their official game jerseys through to 2031.

Head Coach Nick Weston said: “This agreement comes at the perfect moment for the club following our promotion to the NFFL Premiership.
“We’re proud to be partnering with a fantastic local legal firm which has a strong track record of supporting local sports teams and community initiatives.”
In just three years, the Centurions have climbed to the Premiership of the UK Flag American Football scene, and this partnership will help them power the next chapter.
With over 200 years of legal expertise and deep roots across Cumbria, Bendles share the ethos of supporting local people and creating real opportunities.
Club Chairman Ed Johnson said: “We’re looking forward to the new season and building on the progress we’ve made over the past few years.
“It’s wonderful to see the club going from strength to strength and support like this helps ensure a really positive future.”
The new shirts, designed by American football sportswear supplier EP Sports, also recognise the club’s support for the Lorraine Hough Tribute Fund, which raises funds for Diabetes UK.
The team has also received backing this season from Kingmoor Park, which has sponsored new custom flags that will be used in league matches throughout the season.

Border City Centurions 2026 season has the Carlisle based team fielding two teams with the newly formed Gold side playing in the Division One Northern A league against sides from Manchester, Wirral and Lancashire.
The side travel to Accrington and Rossendale College on Sunday, April 26, for their first two games of the season.
While the Black team head to Renfrew Leisure Centre to start their Northern Premiership A campaign on Saturday, April 25.
