Cumbria Police are appealing for information, CCTV or Doorbell footage after a burglary in Dearham.

The burglary, at an address on Craika road, Dearham, took place sometime after 8:15am on December 8, 2023 with cash and family jewellery were taken from the property.

Officers have since arrested two males, aged 16 and 27, on suspicion of burglary.

They have been released on police bail.

Police are asking the local community to check any CCTV, doorbell cameras or dashcam they have for anything that might be relevant to assist with the investigation.

The offence is being investigated under Operation Themis – Cumbria Police’s ongoing response to and focus on burglaries.
