Cumbria Police has confirmed the formal identification of the body found in Ennerdale.

The body of a man was found on Sunday, April 23, in the area of Ennerdale Bridge and Ennerdale Water

Formal identification has taken place and has been identified as 41-year-old Neil Marland from Maryport.

The death is being treated as not suspicious.

A file is being prepared for the coroner.
