The Lancashire FA Women’s County Leagues continues to surprise with defeats to front runners allow others to close in.
In Division One Whitehaven AFC moved back to the top on Sunday February 12 with a 13-0 win at home to Cadley.
While Lancaster City moved four points behind with a 13-1 win over Sir Tom Finney and Kendal Town were 3-1 winners against Blackpool Town.
On February 19 Lancaster City can move one point off top as they head to Blackpool Town and Kendal host Cadley both kickoff at 2pm (14:00).

In Division One South/East of the two games on February 12 only Astley Bridge’s 8-2 win over Lostock Gerards was played as Penwortham game with Clitheroe was abandoned.
On February 19 there is a chance for the top five to close in with Euxton hosting Bury knowing a win will move them joint top, Astley Bridge face AFC Wigan and could move three points off the top.
Fourth placed Penwortham head to fifth placed Darwen looking to increase the gap to them and close the gap to Astley Bridge.
Lostock take on Clitheroe with a win moving them level with Darwen while Clitheroe could move level with AFC Wigan.
All matches are a 2pm (14:00) kickoff.

The battle between the Premier Division table toppers Fleetwood and third placed Stanwix game on February 12 was postponed.
Bury have been made to wait to challenge the top three after Burnley won 0-1, Clitheroe and Langho couldn’t be separated in a 0-0 draw and Darwen moved above Accrington with a 2-0 win over them.
Colne could move into top spot with a win at Darwen on February 19 but leaders Fleetwood are also in action against Burnley.

In the Championship GT7 stayed four points clear with a 1-2 win at Euxton while Bolton Wanderers kept pace with a 4-0 over Fleetwood on February 12.
Blackburn Community’s 4-1 win over Bolton County move them nine points clear of Morecambe, whose game with with Preston North End was postponed.
On February 19 Blackburn take on Fleetwood while Bolton Wanderers can move a point off top spot with a win at home to Morecambe and Preston North End host Euxton.
