Gemma Dawe, who launched Lake District Relocation Ltd in 2020, has been shortlisted for three prestigious national estate agency awards.

Based in Windermere, Gemma is the only independent property finder operating solely in the Lake District and specialises in finding dream homes for clients and operating outside the property market.

“I am very proud to have been shortlisted for these awards which are highly respected and hotly contested in the industry,” said Gemma who had more than a decade’s experience working in the property industry in the Lakes before launching her own buying agency.

“I love to find special one-of-a-kind properties for my clients, often before they go on the market. This is important recognition of Lake District Relocation, and I am looking forward to seeing the winners announced.”

Gemma has been shortlisted for two prestigious awards in The Negotiator Awards 2022 – Marketing Campaign of the Year and New Agency of the Year.

It is the UK’s leading awards programme for independent letting and estate agents and the winners will be announced in a gala dinner at Grosvenor House in London on November 25. 

She has also been shortlisted for UK Learner of the Year in the Propertymark Qualifications Awards 2022 and will attend a ceremony at The British Museum in London hosted by TV property expert Phil Spencer on October 11.

She has been studying for a Level 4 Sale of Residential Property qualification to add to her other professional qualifications.
