Three men are in custody following the discovery of a cannabis farm in Millom.

The arrests were made this morning October 9, following a warrant executed at a property on Crown Street.

The three men were arrested on suspicion of cultivation of cannabis where 297 plants were seized by police during the warrant.

Investigative activity remains ongoing as police conduct enquiries at the scene.
