Cumbria Officers are appealing for information into the whereabouts of missing Peter Thompson, aged 15.

Peter was last seen this afternoon September 26 and is described as being 5ft 7ins tall, of stocky build, with short, brown hair.

He may have travelled to the Preston and Blackpool area via train.

He was last seen wearing grey joggers a navy blue top and grey Nike trainers.

If anyone sees Peter or knows where he is, they are asked to contact police on 101.

If Peter sees this appeal himself, he is asked to contact officers on the same number.
