Wragg Mark-Bell Passes Lexcel Qualification

Carlisle law firm Wragg Mark-Bell has successfully passed its annual review of a prestigious industry-standard qualification.

Lexcel is the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for client care, compliance and practice management for practices and organisations operating in England and Wales.

A practice must have Lexcel to hold a legal aid contract with the Legal Aid Agency.

Accreditation lasts for three years with a mandatory review that has to happen every year for a practice to keep the qualification.

The quality mark, which Wragg Mark-Bell on Castle Street have held for more than a decade, confirms high standards of professional work and client care.

Senior director Nick Kennon said: “Wragg Mark-Bell takes this Lexcel quality assurance incredibly seriously so that we can ensure we provide our clients with the best professional support we can.

“Our clients often reach out for help in personally challenging times so this firm is privileged to assist and support them.

“Lexcel means that we have efficient processes and a team of staff all working to the highest standard, pulling in the same direction to get the best result possible for our clients.”
