Cumbria Police Make Two More Arrests In Connection With Silloth Assault

Cumbria Police has arrested two more people after further investigation into an assault in Silloth.

It was confirmed this week a 19-year-old man from Silloth has been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent.

He has been released under investigation.

Detectives investigating an assault that occurred at around 10:30am on the May 28, in the area of Pennine Close, Silloth have arrested two more men.

A 46-year-old man from Silloth has been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent, he remains in police custody.

A 26-year-old man from no fixed address has been arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent.

He has been released under investigation.

The man injured, 29-year-old from Liverpool was air lifted to the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle with injuries that were believed to be serious, he was discharged shortly after.
