For Cumbrians all stores will be reopening – stores in Whitehaven, Workington, Barrow and Carlisle – with reduced hours and shoppers should adhere to social distancing rules where they can.

Since March 31, when all GAME twitter accounts announced they were hitting pause, all stores have been closed and today it will come as a relief to many employees that all stores will be opening – not to mention all the gaming fans eager to peruse the shelves once more.

However, customers are being encouraged to us company’s Click and Collect service as in store access will be limited.

Unfortunately for GAME fans in Scotland and Wales they’ll have to wait a little longer to browse the shelves once more.

In a statement GAME explained: “Due to the difference in COVID-19 regulation all stores in Wales and Scotland are ready to re-open but will remain closed until current guidelines are lifted.”

Whilst stores are opening, the Belong Arenas will remain closed for the time being and will look to re-open when Government Guidelines permit.

Customers can check their nearest store is opening times here as they have been changed and very from store to store.
