The outdoor market at Carlisle has been cancelled due to a forecast for high winds to hit the area.
The organisers have made the decision to cancel the market on Friday, February 20, due to forecasted high winds.
A spokesperson of the event said: “The safety of our visitors, traders, and contractors always comes first, and this call ensures everyone stays safe.
“The Carlisle Market has been a huge success so far, and we’re grateful for the incredible support.
“While tomorrow’s event won’t go ahead, we’re excited to welcome you back next Friday.”
While this week’s event has been cancelled with a better forecast the market on Friday, February 27, is planned to take place as normal.
