Fellow North West Women’s Regional side, Penrith AFC progressed with a 0-5 win against Carlisle United.

Forster opened the scoring with Wharton adding two along with goals from Mason and Sinden.

Lancashire League side Abbeytown were to strong for Penrith AFC’s Development side as they powered to a 0-9 win.

Hannah Jefferson and Katie Wills ended the game with two goals each as Niamh Vaughan, Kate Brown, Lucy Carr, Laura Taylor and Sarah Dodd added the other five.

There was a battle in Whitehaven as the clubs two teams met after Workington Town Reserves were disqualified due to fielding an ineligible player.

Whitehaven’s Lancashire Premier League side progressed with a 0-10 win.
