League leaders Eagley delivered an impressive performance, dominating Whitehaven AFC with a striking 7-1 victory, while Millom faced a narrow defeat against Haslingden St Marys, who secured a crucial 1-2 win.

In a high-scoring encounter, Burscough Richmond fell to Blackpool (Wren) Rovers with a final score of 2-4, demonstrating the intensity of the competition.

Meanwhile, C.M.B. Sports Club fought bravely to earn a hard-fought draw against Coppull United, with the match ending 2-2, highlighting the competitive spirit of both teams.

In a thrilling showdown, Poulton narrowly lost to Cleator Moor Celtic with a dramatic score of 4-5, showing that every goal counted in this electrifying match.

On Saturday 25, in a tightly contested match, Croston Sports Club battled it out with second placed Ulverston Rangers, resulting in a thrilling 2-3 finish to Ulverston to close the gap to top of the table Hesketh Bank.

Hesketh Bank AFC however managed to put together an impressive performance, defeating Chipping with a score of 4-2, capping off an exhilarating day of local football.

In a more one-sided affair, Carnforth Ranger dominated Slyne with Hest, securing a decisive victory of 6-0, much to the delight of their home crowd.

While at the bottom of the table Crooklands Casuals took a solid 5-0 win against bottom side Turton.

Askham United faced Lytham Town, where they put forth a commendable effort, but ultimately fell short with a score of 1-3.

In third place Storeys of Lancaster triumphed with a 4-2 victory over Thornton Cleveleys Reserves, reinforcing their position as a formidable force in the league.

Meanwhile, Langho achieved a commendable 4-2 win over Dalton United, displaying a solid teamwork that kept their opponents at bay and Mill Hill’s thrilling encounter with Appley Bridge ended with them narrowly claiming victory at 4-3, a match filled with excitement and unforgettable moments.

In one of the highest scoring games of the day Charnock Richard FC Reserves put in an impressive performance against Walney Island, decisively winning 7-1, showcasing their attacking prowess and tactical superiority throughout the game.

Garstang Reserves fought hard in a closely contested match against Caton United, eventually settling for a 2-2 draw that highlighted both teams’ resilience and skill on the pitch.
