The West Cumbria Fours League came to a close as the last games were played with positions still up for the taking while the Mixed Triples title is still up for grabs after the final round.

The two outstanding fixtures in the Four League were played on Friday, August 29, meaning that all teams have now completed their 16 games.
At Keswick, Fitz Park, needed 6 points to secure a third place finish, taking on Maryport they won 7-0.
It was mathematically possible for Fitz Park to secure second place, but that needed Whitehaven A to suffer a heavy defeat in their final game against Whitehaven B.
This didn’t happen as Whitehaven A won 7-0 to finish second.

West Cumbria Mixed Triples League
In the final scheduled round of the Mixed Triples League on Tuesday, August 26, Maryport completed their season with a 9-0 win against Egremont to finish top for the moment.
Whitehaven A in second can not catch them after a 5-4 defeat at Harris Park B despite having a game left to play the same is said for Wigton after a 5-4 win over Cleator Moor.
At the bottom Whitehaven B finished the season with a 5-4 win over Croft.
Playing one of their catch up games on Thursday, August 28, Wigton won 6-3 at Vulcan Park to sit on the same points as Whitehaven.
