The results leave the division finely poised in the early weeks, with plenty of teams staking their claims for a strong campaign.

Nantwich Town Women stole the headlines with a commanding 4–0 victory over AFC Crewe Women.

The Dabbers looked sharp in attack and ruthless in front of goal, underlining their credentials as early contenders in the division.

Crewe, meanwhile, will be left searching for answers after a difficult night on the road.

Elsewhere, there was no shortage of entertainment as Runcorn Linnets Ladies and Liverpool Feds Reserves shared the spoils in a six-goal thriller.

The visitors led 2–1 at the break, but Linnets hit back in the second half to ensure the points were shared in a lively 3–3 draw.
