Carlisle United has announced the signing of Uganda international Bevis Mugabi on a two-year deal.
Born in Harrow England, Mugabi has represented Uganda internationally making 20 appearances for the Cranes and netting once.

“He brings a wealth of experience from Scotland, abroad and international football, and he has a fantastic attitude which will help to drive the standards even higher on and off the pitch.”
Mugabi, 30, arrives after a stint in the Cyprus First Division with Anorthosis Famagusta, where he played 17 times and scored two goals as the side finished seventh.
The defender spent his youth career with Fulham and Southampton, before moving to Yeovil Town in the summer of 2016.
He became a mainstay at Huish Park, where he went on to make 102 appearances and scoring five goals.
Bevis then signed for Motherwell in 2019.
He would go on to make 125 appearances for the Well over a five-year spell, scoring seven goals in his time in Scotland.
This move is subject to international clearance.
