Cumbria Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash on the A592 which resulted in a passenger suffering a serious injury.
The crash on Friday, April 11, involved one vehicle, a black Citroen DS4, which left the road before colliding with a tree and overturning.
One of the passengers, a woman in her 20s from Manchester, suffered a serious leg injury.
The collision occurred at approximately 9:45pm on on the A592 between Glenridding and Patterdale, near to St Patrick’s Boat Landing.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the collision.
Anyone who witnesses the collision or may have relevant dashcam footage in the area is asked to get in touch.
