Cumbria Police are investigating a fatal crash which occurred on the A590 at Dalton.

Emergency services were called to the A590 at Dalton Roundabout on Tuesday, April 1, at around 5:17pm following a serious crash involving a grey BMW.

The driver of the car, a man in his 50s, was declared deceased at the scene.

Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who has any relevant dashcam footage to get in touch with officers.
