Atomfall: Nuclear fallout game based on Windscale disaster out now

A game based on the Windscale disaster in Cumbria, Atomfall is out now and is out now.

From the Rebellion studio players get to explore the fictional quarantine zone, scavenge, craft, barter, fight and talk your way through a countryside setting filled with bizarre characters, mysticism, cults, and rogue government agencies.

Set five years after the 1950s Windscale nuclear disaster in Cumbria the survival-action game takes place in a fictional quarantine zone.

Where a not everything is as it seems as you search for the truth to what really happened.

Central to the mystery are the host of eccentric characters and cryptic organisations that inhabit the quarantine zone.

These individuals have been cut off from the outside world for years and left to their own devices, so are anything but normal.

Your interactions with them are important and will shape your journey. But be careful, they aren’t all friendly.

It is available to pre-order now on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Windows PC and PC via Steam and Epic Games StorePlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
