The Cumberland Building Society has entered into a strategic partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to modernise core technology.
This collaboration marks a pivotal step in The Cumberland’s transformation plans that will ensure it continues to meet evolving customer needs.

The Cumberland will be modernising it core technology platforms with TCS BaNCSTM for Core Banking, TCS Digital Home Lending Solution for Mortgages, and Quartz for Compliance.

The Building Society recently embarked on a programme of upgrades to its existing buildings with its flagship English Street branch reopening in 2024 and Egremont in 2025.
