The final headliner has been announced for a UK Sepsis Trust and Great North Air Ambulance charity gig going ahead in memory of “two special mums”.
Organised by Off The Pier, the charity fundraiser is going ahead at the Solway Hall, in Whitehaven, on Friday, March 21.

The line up for the evening includes for local bands – Sneaky Finch, The Northern Threads, Springfield and Danny Dunnery.
One of the organisers, Josh Shepherd, told The Herdwick News: “We are so excited for the show on Friday, it’s going to be an emotional evening but for a fantastic cause remembering two special mums, Zoe Tighe and Dawn Lawson.
“Both their sons will be performing on the night in Springfield and Northern Threads.”
Josh also explained it was going to be the final show by the band Springfield.
He added: “The band go out on a high to focus on their own new lives as parents and newlyweds.”
