Speaking on this expanded programme, Lloyd said: “I’m extremely excited to announce that I will competing in the 2025 British F4 championship as a dual program alongside F1 Academy with Rodin Motorsport and McLaren, I can’t wait to return for my second season in single seaters and looking forward to seeing what we can do as a team.”
Benn Huntingford, Sporting Director, added, “It’s great to welcome Ella into the British F4 team this year. This dual programme will give her a lot of seat time and experience at this level, which will be fantastic for her development. She has shown brilliant promise so far and we are looking forward to seeing her develop this year.”
Lloyd joins Australian racer Jimmy Piszcyk in their lineup for British Formula 4 after the 18-year-old successful assault in Australian Formula 4, where he won the championship in dominant fashion.
