A Wragg Mark-Bell lawyer heads into the finals days of his of Cancer Research challenge as he continues to fight long Covid.
Nick Kennon, managing director of Wragg Mark-Bell Solicitors, has embarked on the gruelling 100 push up fundraiser on behalf of Cancer Research UK.

He is completing 100 push-ups every day throughout October and will finish with 1,000 in a single day on October 31.
Carlisle-born Nick, 52, used to be in peak physical fitness as a lieutenant colonel in the Army Reserves previously serving as commanding officer of the Fourth Battalion, the Duke of Lancasterās Regiment.
He deployed to Iraq once and Afghanistan twice during his service.
The push-up challenge would once have been routine for him but is now much more difficult as he suffers long-term health issues following a bout of Covid.
He said: āLong Covid has stopped me from doing a lot in the last couple of years but I decided it would not stop me completing this challenge.
āA few years ago I did 1,000 push-ups in one day for another great charity and my intention is to finish this challenge in the same way for Cancer Research.
āI know it will leave me exhausted for days, maybe weeks, but itās the least I can do to raise funds for this worthy charity.ā
He added: āIām very grateful to everyone who is sponsoring me. Every penny helps, especially in these difficult financial times.ā
