Eden Valley Hospice and Jigsaw, Cumbria’s Children’s Hospice, are inviting families to a magical Story Time Session at their Bookshop in The Lanes Shopping Centre.

The event on Wednesday, October 30, promises a delightful experience for young book lovers, and older or younger siblings are also welcome to join the festivities.

With limited spaces, families are encouraged to pre-book early to ensure their place for free. 

It runs from 9:15 to 10:00 am, children aged 3 to 5 can enjoy a morning of storytelling and imaginative fun. 

“We’re excited to bring families together through the joy of storytelling,” said Magdalena, Business Development Coordinator at the hospice.

“This session is a great opportunity for children to explore the world of books and imagination in a welcoming environment.”

The charity which offers specialist care and support for adults and children with life-limiting illnesses across Cumbria is running the session to introduce more children to the power of reading.
