Cumbria Police have confirm the identity of the driver of the Skoda, involved in fatal accident on the M6.

The fatal crash happened on the Northbound side of the M6 near Tebay on Tuesday, October 15.

The driver of the Skoda has been formally identified as Richard Woods, aged 40, from Cambridgeshire.

Cumbria Police have previously released the identities of four of the people who died.
