A business in Whitehaven has been forced to close after car crashed through the shop window.
Cumbria Police confirmed Argos, on Quay Street in Whitehaven has had to temporarily close for the day after a car crashed into the shop.

In a social media post the picture showed a silver Toyota, featuring probationary ‘P’ plates, partially through the shop window.
Police confirmed no one was harmed or injured.
In a statement they said: “PC 3157 and PC 2241 are currently dealing with an RTC at Argos Whitehaven; thankfully nobody is injured or harmed.
“The store is temporarily closed until the damaged window can be repaired. Staff apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to have the store reopened later today.
“And before you all say it… “You can’t park there mate!”.”
