Cumbria Police has named the woman who died in a single-vehicle crash on the A582.
Police were called after a purple motorcycle was involved in a crash on Monday, June 24, at 8:15pm on the A592 near Glenridding.
The rider died at the scene.
The woman has been named as Kayleigh Hunter, 28, of Raffles Avenue, Carlisle.
Cumbria Police is appealing for further information.
