Cumbria Police are appealing for information after a large number of vehicles in an area of Whitehaven were damaged.
In a post on Copeland Police’ social media they said that they are aware of a series of crimes which occurred yesterday, May 8 on Foxhouses Road, Esk Avenue and several surrounding roads, whereby a large number of vehicles have had scratches to their bodywork.
They also asked people whose vehicle was damaged and did not reported it, please contact 101 and quote log 166 of May 8.
Along with this they are seeking CCTV and video doorbell footage between 3pm (1500) and 7pm (1900) on that day, in the area, which may assist the investigation.
