A multi-agency response was launched as a runner suffered a cardiac arrest near the shore of Derwentwater.
The runner in Lingholm Woods near the shores of Derwentwater, suffered a cardiac arrest on April 22.

The Great North Air Ambulance’s Helimed58, North West Ambulance Service, Cumbria Police as well as Keswick Mountain Rescue attended but despite their best efforts the man could not be saved.
A spokesperson for Keswick Mountain Rescue said: “Our thoughts and condolences are with the man’s family and friends.”
