Penrith Fire Station stopped a shed fire from spreading to a nearby house.

The report came in last night, April 15, at 9pm that a shed had caught fire.

In response both appliances from Penrith were called out as the fire was starting to spread to a nearby houses.

On our arrival fire crews extinguished the fire and prevented further spread using one hose reel jet and two breathing apparatus wearers.
