Cumbria Police is searching for the owner of a paddleboard after one was found abandoned in the middle of the Keswick lake.

A multi-agency response is underway at Derwentwater on Friday, April 12.

As part of the emergency call, this paddleboard was located, unattended in the middle of the lake, the ankle leash has snapped.

In a statement police said: “If this is your paddleboard and you have made your own way to safety, please can you call Cumbria Police on 101 quoting log number 215 of the 12 of April 2024.”
