Workington Finches powered back to the Papa Johns Plate final with an emphatic win.
After winning the competition last season Workington Finches are returning to the final after they beat the Amber Valley Tigers Ladies on Sunday, March 24, in the Papa Johns Plate semifinal.
In a fiercely fought game the Cumbrian side were too good for their opponents and ran in fourteen trys to record a 82-0 win.

The game is being dedicated to the memory of Sue ‘Birdy’ Bird who passed away almost a year ago.
The Finches held a raffle and auctioned off a signed England Red Roses T-Shirt with proceeds going to Cockermouth Mountain Rescue.
The journey started against local rivals Keswick on October 1 as they were knocked out of the Papa Johns Cup 12-10.
Two awarded home wins against Northallerton and North Ribblesdale sandwiched a 15-53 demolition of Durham City and now a 82-0 win over Amber Valley Tigers Ladies.
In the final on Saturday, May 11, the defending Finches will face Westcliff Ladies.
Westcliff went out of the Papa Johns Cup to Southend Saints before receiving a bye and then were awarded a home win over Bexley.
A close game against Hackney Ladies 2nds ended 12-17 to Westcliff who then ran out 59-26 winners over Worthing Warriors in the semifinal.
