Two adults have been charged for causing danger to road users on the A590.

Cumbria Police have confirmed that two adults from the Barrow area have been charged following recent reports of large rocks being placed on Park Road, Barrow.

Connor Young, 18, and Connor Bentley, 18, both of Long Croft, Barrow have both been charged with causing danger to road users.

The charges come after officers received multiple reports over recent weeks of large rocks being placed on Park Road on various dates between December 2023 and January 2024.

Both are due to appear before South Cumbria Magistrates Court on May 8, 2024.
