Workington Comets and Tractor Shed Brewing have announced a new collaboration sure to keep fans happy over the summer.
Available for all their home race days in 2024, Workington brewery Tractor Shed Brewing have been working on and can now release Comets Lager.

Workington Speedway promoter Andrew Bain is delighted at the collaboration: “It’s great to work with another local business as we continue our New Era.
“Graeme at Tractor Shed Brewing has been brilliant in helping us bring this to fruition, and we are delighted to say it will be available to purchase at the Northside Arena throughout all home meetings in 2024.
“Starting at the Ben Fund Bonanza on Saturday [March 16].
“This is the beginning of our partnership with Graeme and we have many ideas for the future which we are working on.”
The first chance for fans get to grab a cold one will be the Ben Fund Bonanza on Saturday, March 16, with cans priced at £3.50.
Starting at 2:00pm (14:00) spectators are in for a treat as Ben Barker, Freddie Lindgren, Dan Bewley, Tom Brennan, Danny King, Erik Riss, Sam Masters, Simon Lambert, Justin Sedgmen, Steve Worrall, Leon Flint, Paul Starke, Brady Kurtz, Kyle Howarth, Jye Etheridge and Norick Blodorn race over twenty heats with four heading to a grand final.
There are also three Women’s races and two 250cc Youth races.
Admissions will be £23 for Adults, £20 (Concessions), £10 Students (16-18), £6 kids (8-16) and Under 8s Free.
The 40 page programme is £5.
