A man was arrested after a quantity of drugs, firearms and items relating to wildlife offences were found.
This morning, February 14, two warrants were executed as Cumbria Police’s Rural Crime Unit with support from the Tactical Support Group, Dog Unit and Copeland Police, arrested a 34 year old male.
The warrants under the Animal Welfare Act and Wildlife and Countryside Act had the RSPCA (England & Wales) also accompanying.
Three dogs were also seized and remain in RSPCA care.
