A man has been handed a Criminal Behaviour Order banning him from several shops in Cockermouth and Workington.
Allerdale Officers have taken positive action after Marc McIvor, aged 35, persistent offending in Cockermouth and Workington.
A 2 year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) was issued at North West Magistrates Court.
As part of the CBO McIvor has the following conditions not to:
- Enter any shops or premises that are members of the Workington Schemelink or who display the schemelink sign at any time.
- Enter Morrison, Workington
- Enter any ASDA stores, Workington
- Enter B&Q, Workington
- Enter Sainsburys, Cockermouth
- Enter Derwent Drive, Derwent Howe industrial estate, Workington
Anyone who witnesses Marc McIvor breaching the terms of his CBO should contact Police on 101.
