Fibrus Revealed New Discounted Broadband

People on income-related benefits can now qualify for discounted broadband, thanks to Fibrus.

Full Fibre broadband provider Fibrus has introduced Full Fibre Essential, a new social tariff for qualifying customers, costing less than £15 per month.

Those receiving Income-based Employment Support Allowance, Income-based Jobseekers Allowance, Income Support, Pension Credit or Universal Credit, are now eligible for Full Fibre Essential, offering fast and reliable full fibre broadband.

Fibrus Chief Executive Dominic Kearns said: “We’ve made a conscious decision to offer full fibre broadband at a discounted rate with our new social tariff, to help meet the needs of different households.

“Fibrus aims to enhance the lives of communities in rural areas who have long experienced limited connectivity options.

“Access to dependable, high-speed broadband is now as essential as electricity and heating for modern homes. We believe broadband should be accessible to everyone.”

“Priced at £14.99 per month, we hope that the tariff will make Full Fibre broadband more accessible to those eligible for income support under the Department for Work and Pensions,” he added.

The price of this package is £14.99 per month for all new and existing customers who qualify for the social tariff.

Full Fibre Essential comes with a 12-month fixed-term contract and no activation fees.

Additionally, customers won’t pay any more than they agreed at the start of the contract, and they won’t pay a fee to leave the tariff before the end of their contract.

New customers can check their eligibility directly at www.fibrus.com while existing customers can call 028 9099 3230 to check eligibility.
