The sides in the Lancashire FA Women’s Leagues have one more game to play before the end of 2023 and two week break in the fixtures.
In the Premier Division Colne took over at the top of the table with a 2-1 win over fourth placed GT7 Academy Ladies as Wigan Athletic moved into second with an 11-0 home win over Chorley on Sunday, December 10.
GT7 Academy finish 2023 with a Cumbrian derby as they welcome Stanwix Junior Ladies to Kendal on Sunday, December 17, while leaders Colne head to Clitheroe and Wigan Athletic travel to Blackpool FC.
Third placed Bolton Wanderers host Accrington Stanley and Chorley play Sir Tom Finney.

In the Championship leaders Whitehaven AFC were 5-2 victors at home to Preston North End on Sunday, December 10, and Penrith AFC Development played out a 4-4 draw with Lancaster City Ladies.
Whitehaven AFC will finish 2023 top of the table but will want to try an extend the gap at Fleetwood Town Wrens on Sunday, December 17, while second placed Euxton welcome Blackburn Eagles.
Penrith AFC Development head to Haslingden Ladies while Lancaster City Ladies host Wigan Athletic.

In Division One North/West Sir Tom Finney missed out as Cadley won 3-1 on Sunday, December 10, and Kendal Town ran out 2-0 winners at home to St. Annes.
Rosegrove can finish 2023 top with victory at Lostock St Gerards on Sunday, December 17, while Chipping host Cadley and Sir Tom Finney face Kendal Town.
While at the bottom St Annes play Blackpool Town.
