Abbey Singer are ready to kick off the festive season with a spectacular show.
On Saturday, December 9, the Carlisle-based choir will be performing their latest concert – a melange of Christmas choral classics.

Beginning with part 1 of J S Bach’s Christmas Oartorio, the programme will continue with a selection of Christmas Carols from around the world.
Later on there will be a ‘Carol Raffle’ where audience members have the chance to hear their favourite carols performed.
Concert tickets include refreshments and one entry to the raffle, more entries can be purchased during the interval.
Under the direction of Jonathan Millican, Musical Director, the choir will be joined by Isaac Cooper as bass soloist.
Currently the deputy clerk at Carlisle Cathedral, Isaac will be moving to Norwich in the new year to take up a permanent position in the cathedral choir.
Taking place at St James’ Church, Denton Holme, Carlisle the concert starts at 7:30pm (19:30).
Tickets cost £13, available on the door with free entry for under 18s.
