“Rhys will have a big challenge in front of him, which I am sure he is excited by, but as always we will all be here to support him in whatever he and the team needs, as we all strive to make this club the best it can be in all facets”

When John Wells announced he was stepping down, Rhys Davies expressed his desire to move up into the head coach role.

Rhys Davies said: “It’s an honour and am privileged to accept the head coaches job.

Rhys will be joined on his coaching team by the experienced Charlie Wells, Charlie whom was also a key part in the coaching team last season and has amassed countless hours of coaching experience which will once again make him a vital part of the open age coaching team ahead of the 2024 season.
