Officers have charged a man in connection with an attempt burglary in Carlisle.

Richard Mark Foster, aged 50, of no fixed address, was charged today, October3, with attempted burglary and vehicle interference.

He is remanded in custody ahead of appearing at North Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 4 October.

The charges are in connection with an incident in Whinnie House Road, Carlisle, yesterday, October 2.
